ÖZET
Ulusal semboller tarihten bugünkü modern devletlere kadar ulus ve devlet olmanın önemli unsurları olmuşlardır. Sembol, ritüel, gelenekler ile arma ve bayrakların yanı sıra ulusal marşlar da önemli ulusal sembollerdendir. Tuva Cumhuriyeti’nin ilk ulusal marşı olarak Tooruktug dolgay tañdım adlı halk şarkısı kabul edilmiştir. 2011’de ise Men Tıva men adlı halk şarkısı yeni ve güncel ulusal marş olarak değiştirilmiştir. Men Tıva men marşının sözlerinde Tuva Türklerinin ulus kimliğinde önemli yer tutan kültürel, inançsal ve müzikal öğelerini sembolleştirmiş ve marş bir ulusal sembol hâline gelmiştir.

ABSTRACT
National symbols have historically constituted essential elements of nationhood and statehood in modern states. Alongside symbols, rituals, and traditions, coats of arms, flags, and national anthems occupy a central place among these symbols. The first national anthem of the Republic of Tuva was accepted as the folk song Tooruktug Dolgay Tañdım. In 2011, this anthem was replaced by another folk song, Men Tıva Men, which was adopted as the new and current official national anthem. The lyrics of Men Tıva Men symbolically embody cultural, religious, and musical elements that play a significant role in the Tuvan national identity, thereby transforming the anthem into a prominent national symbol.
